Sassy Kinda Day

I had a better day today.  Got a sassy new do!  Well, it made me feel sassy. ;)
Excuse the no makeup.

I had a nap,  then a great 1.5 hour workout.  My exercise routine tonight was elliptical trainer 30 minutes, leg strength training, abs, and stretching.  I really enjoyed every minute of it.  Who am I?  I never liked exercise before and now I'm like this workout freak.  Who knew? 

TODAY'S MENU:  
Breakfast:  CLIFF kid zbar (chocolate brownie)
Snack:  handful of CHEEZ-ITS
Lunch:  2 SCANDINAVIAN bran crisp, no sugar peanut butter, grape jelly, and an apple
Before workout snack:  CLIFF energy bar, 100 calorie size
Dinner:
Subway Roast beef sub (whole wheat bread, lettuce, banana peppers - super yum!, black olives, mustard) and ice water
VIDEO OF THE DAY:  I always see trainers at the gym working with people on this machine, but I never know what to do.  I might try this.

  3. The new do is very sassy!! Love it and isnt it great wehn you get a new do and it makes you feel so great?!
    Bravo to you for exercising like that & enjoying it too! I do love to work out when I am in the groove & go consistently. I am going to rejoin my gym to tone up & lost this last 30#. I LOVE the elliptical!! I was up to an hour before I quit going to the gym. USed to do it 4xweek. That was big for me. Have a great weekend!

    I wanted to answer your question about water. I drink tons of water. I always have a glass of ice water by my side. I do go potty a LOT! I usually know where every bathroom is in every place that I go. I love water so it is easy to drink. It's funny because when the sodium was pointed out in the food I eat, I could see it...but I never really thought about it before. Interesting!

  5. I love you sassy new hair do. I am sure it makes you feel great too. Great job on your working out. I use to hate it too but now I love it...it becomes addicting. I am thinking about changing up the BFC a little too. Maybe a little fruit. Happy weekend!
